Venues: Fishing will take place in and around the Evergreen, Colorado vicinity.

Clear Creek – Upper – Water located from the I-70 bridge at bottom of Floyd Hill (Tributary Restaurant) to the junction of US 6 East and Highway 119

This venue section is characterized by fast flowing pocket water with beats at least 150 yards long.  A controller will be present in each beat to measure fish.

Clear Creek – Lower – All water below tunnel 2 on US 119 to the junction with highway 93

This venue is characterized by wide-open riffle water, drop off and deep runs as the river has not been channelized by road construction.

Georgetown Lake:
Probably one of the most overlooked reservoirs on the Front Range that holds a healthy population of Brown’s and Rainbow’s that can be a true challenge to catch

Buchannan Rec Center – Lower Pond:
A unique little Stillwater bank session located in the heart of Evergreen with some incredibly healthy Rainbow’s that will test your lake angling skills.

Alternate Lake Venue – Evergreen Lake:
Set right in the middle of downtown Evergreen, this little gem of a lake will test not only your fish finding skills, it will also test your efficiency from a boat. This is an alternate to Georgetown and will be open to fishing unless otherwise noted as we hope not to use this venue.

Practice water:

•All competition waters are closed to fishing on July 11th, 2014.

•All waters not in the competition on Clear Creek will be open for practice.  Buchanan Rec Center Upper pond and all waters East of the bridge (toward the dam) on Georgetown boat ramp will be closed for practice. You can fish above the bridge but not below after July 11th, 2014
