I purchased a competition wychwood off ebay in December.  I found a great deal with free shipping. I have not used it yet but I'm sure it will be great.

I also have a Wychwood and have no issues with it. You do however need to play around with it and test it before using it in a competition setting, so you're familiar with how it works and its limitations.
For me, the quality of a trout is not measured in inches or pounds, but rather by the journey and circumstances that allowed our paths to cross...
