NOVEMBER 1, 2018 UPDATE: TUNKWA LAKE VENUE CHANGES

Please note that there will be a major change to the Tunkwa Lake Venue for the 2018 North American Loch-Style Fly Fishing Championships. The lake will be divided into 2 sectors that are identified  as Tunkwa Lake West and Tunkwa Lake East.

These changes will help to provide competitors with more options to consider and areas to find shelter from the wind. Boundary markers will be placed on opposing banks of the lake prior to official practice in order to help identify the division and boundaries for this venue.

If your team is in need of a moderately experienced angler at these venues I'm always interested in participating and helping(even last minute). Send me an email at jbdmoses@hotmail.com.

Please add me to the individuals list, many thanks.

Rumour has it that a group of competitors from Georgia are forming a team for this event. Would be nice to see a 5th American team participating at this year's NALS...

An email was sent out this morning to inform the competitors and teams that it’s time to complete and send in your registration forms and entry fees for the 2018 North American Loch-Style Fly Fishing Championship. Entry fees for this year’s championship are now being accepted and are due by the 30th of July.

I would request that the captain or manager of each team sends a reply to let me know that you’ve received this message, and then forward the email and documents to all of their members of their team, or contact me if you didn't receive the email.

There is a spot available for one more international team. Individual competitors that are interested in competing at this event are welcome to register as an individual, as there is a possibility that they might be picked up by one of the teams that is attempting to fill any vacant spots on their team.

Thank-you,
Todd Oishi - Organizer of the North American Loch-Style Fly Fishing Championships
