I am still looking for a few more volunteers with boats, to help with the Youth Fly Fishing Clinic at Tunkwa Lake resort on Wednesday, September 26th from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Please post here or email me if you have a boat and can help us to get the youths on Leighton Lake and mentor them for a couple of hours.

List of volunteers for Youth Clinic:
Todd Oishi
Rob Stroud
Kevin Cucheron
Paul Davidson
Mike Learmonth

Wow, with a line up of mentors like that... Wish I was a youth angler  ;)

I'm very pleased to announce that after countless hours of searching; emails; phone calls; and social media blitzes, we officially have 10 full teams for this year's NALS!! So all groups will have equal numbers and everyone will have a fishing partner!  :)

My sincerest appreciation and a HUGE thank-you to everyone that helped to make this possible!

The weather forecast is absolutely perfect for next week's North American Loch-Style Fly Fishing Championships! But please remember that it can change at a moment's notice and can be very cool in the mornings at the higher elevation lakes, so don't forget to pack and dress accordingly...

Please pass this message along to your teammates:

Please remember to bring a Ziploc bag and pen for recording and keeping your score cards dry!

Also bring remember to bring your team's item for the auction to Corbett Lake Lodge on the evening of the Closing Ceremonies.

Thanks,
Todd
