For me, the quality of a trout is not measured in inches or pounds, but rather by the journey and circumstances that allowed our paths to cross...

YUUUUUUP!

(Callum is graduating next year so later May is doable but early June is likely dependant on dates and grad events)

Iíll be down there in two weeks so I even get to prefish it!

I would love to be part of this. I know you don't have any details, but 2 lake sessions and 2 river sessions, would that be a  2 day competition? and would there be any practice days you think?
I am pretty sure I could get away for this ;)

You don't need practice Eastvan. Just show up and fish like I did last year at the Nationals. You will do fine! Their rivers and lakes are just like ours and you get to use more flies to boot!

Johnny..practice?

Also Canadian Nationals are in late June so time off from work for most might be tough with NALS and other family vaca plans. A day or 2 off would work for most I think and still make this work.

That would be interesting for sure.  I would like that.
I will fish anywhere and find beauty in it.
