Here's a very recent photo of Englishman Lake. I have a sneaking suspicion that pre-fishing Harmon before the April 8 cutoff might be a bit tricky...

Please keep us posted if anyone hears any news...

Good day everyone. I am looking for any adults that have a boat and would like to fish as partners with a rookie member of our youth team, or could bring a spare boat and electric motor for 2 youths to use for this competition...

Thanks,
Todd

Thanks to everyone that came out and helped to make this event a great success and fun time on the water! Special thanks to Brian and Bobby for cooking that fantastic lunch for the crowd!!

The fishing was definitely more productive than last year, with the overall size of the bigger trout being larger than last year. It was great to see everyone sharing the water with other anglers and mindful of the anglers that were fishing from shore.

Please note that there were a few minor errors in the scoring that was performed at the lake, which have now been corrected and verified as accurate (it's a challenging task when you don't have a desk and calculator with a ribbon for double checking your calculations).

The new calculations have resulted in a few minor shuffles and most importantly... Callum Learmonth winning the bronze medal (his medal will be presented at the next competition, which is at Glimpse Lake). Fortunately, the team medals were presented accurately, as were the gold and silver individual medals. My sincerest apologies for the errors...

Fantastic comp! Sunny weather and the fish were cooperating for the most part. Great to see everyone and big thanks to the organizers, Brian and Bobby D. for another awesome lunch, and to Istvan for the solid drifts that got us into fish! Looking forward to the next one!

Ps, sorry for showing up late too! :/
